U-shaped seal

• For use in conjunction with JACOB pull-rings and pipework system with a 6 mm lip
• U-shaped seals for 1 mm pipework system, also for connecting 1 mm to 1.5 mm, 1 mm to 2 mm and 1.5 mm to 1.5 mm thick pipe components
• U-shaped seals for 2 mm pipework system, also for connecting 2 mm to 1.5 mm thick pipe components
• For 3 mm thick pipe components, the use of U-shaped seals made of NBR or silicone is recommended for a 2 mm pipework system

Materials available
NBR, Silicone beige (FOOD GRADE in accordance with EC1935/2004 plus FDA compliant) & EPDM, Silicone blue (with DETECTABLE DESIGN) & Viton

Diameters 450 to 630 mm available upon request. The wall thickness is equalised by thicker U-shaped seals for 1 mm and thinner for 2 mm. The seal is only slipped over one of the two lips. Provided that the U seal is resistant enough to the materials used, no leakages have been found with condensed liquids in the pipe.
