Because urgent matters can’t wait until tomorrow.
Sometimes a part is missing on site, an order arrives later than planned, or something is needed at short notice. In those moments, one thing matters most: time.
That’s exactly why we’ve extended our shipping service. Orders placed with parcel shipping by 5:00 p.m. leave JACOB the same day – within the EU without customs barriers and at no extra charge. Express orders are also shipped the same day when placed within the specified order times.
This gives you more flexibility when things get urgent. What used to mean “We’ll have to sort this out tomorrow” can now mean: “We can still get this done today.”
A few conditions apply: On Fridays, the shipping service is available until 4:00 p.m. Switzerland is currently excluded. For freight shipments, the order cut-off time remains 12:00 p.m. for same-day shipping.
