Price list adjustment as of April 3, 2023

Inflation rates are still at a record high, despite the current downward trend, and we are experiencing price increases across the board in our procurement markets, as a result. Notwithstanding a temporary recovery in the steel industry, prices rose again significantly in the recent past. This is due to the volatile market situation. Thanks to the concerted ef-forts of our procurement department, we have succeeded in keeping the effects of these price increases as low as possi-ble for you.

Despite the German government's brake on energy prices, we expect to see a significant increase in our energy costs in 2023, compared to 2022. With the conclusion of the collective agreement with IG-Metall in November 2022, which our company will adopt in full, including all special payments, we will be confronted with a structured increase in wage costs of around 7 % in the year 2023 alone.

For these reasons, we have decided to incorporate the materials surcharge completely in the price list and to update the list with differentiated adjustments. On average, the prices are increased by 3.5 %. The price list thus reflects the current cost situation.

The updated catalogue will be available here from 20 March 2023. The price list will be valid from 3 April 2023 onwards.
